CaribSea PurpleUp is a reef aquarium additive designed to support coral growth and coralline algae development. It combines bioavailable calcium, magnesium, strontium, iodine, and fine aragonite particles to help maintain proper levels of essential minerals in saltwater tanks.
PurpleUp is commonly used in reef systems to encourage pink and purple coralline algae growth on rocks and aquarium surfaces while also supporting skeletal growth in corals. It’s typically dosed daily or as directed based on tank size, and is often used alongside regular calcium and alkalinity maintenance routines.
