The Formosa Wrasse, also called the Queen Coris, is a standout juvenile in rich orange and chestnut, marked with bold white patches and a dark spot on the dorsal fin. It comes from the Indian Ocean, where it hunts over sand and rubble. It is active and always on the move, and it grows large with age. Like other Coris wrasses, it appreciates a deep sand bed and a tight-fitting lid. It suits a spacious fish-only system with sturdy tankmates. Visit our Miami store to see it in person, and call or stop by for price and availability.
