The Copperband Butterflyfish is a classic reef-aquarium fish, with a white body, copper-orange vertical bands, a dark eyespot near the tail and a long, tweezer-like snout. It is well known for picking at pests such as Aiptasia.
It can be a delicate feeder and does best in a mature, peaceful tank with plenty of live rock. It may nip at some corals and clam mantles, so watch it closely in a reef. Call our Miami shop for current availability and price.
All livestock ships via FedEx Priority Overnight, double-bagged and temperature-protected with a heat or ice pack as needed for your destination.
