Brightwell Aquatics CoralAmino is a concentrated free-form amino acid supplement made to improve coral growth, color, and tissue health in reef aquariums.

What it is:

It’s basically a blend of readily absorbable amino acids that match the types found in coral tissue, designed so corals can use them immediately for protein building and repair.  

What it does in your tank:

• Boosts coral growth and new tissue formation
• Improves color intensity (especially SPS/LPS)
• Helps corals recover from fragging or stress
• Encourages polyp extension and feeding response
• Supports both soft corals and stony corals  

How people use it:

• Usually dosed directly into the water (or target fed)
• Skimmer often turned off for ~10–15 minutes after dosing
• Works best in tanks where nutrients are controlled (not ultra-dirty systems)

Important notes:

• It is not food particles like Reef Roids — it’s dissolved nutrients (amino acids)
• Can sometimes cause extra nutrients/cyano/algae if overdosed
• Most noticeable results show in color + polyp extension, not instant growth spikes
